I was wondering

The seme decided the terms of their relationship very quickly at the beginning. Isn't it because he knew that he was going to leave soon enough so he decided to set everything this way to stay away from attachment ? A way to protect himself too. Obviously it doesn't work at all, for both of them. The fact that he's holding the uke's hand in the cab is a proof of how he feels for him - he's fond of him, probably even proud of him since he took his side against the other guy concerning his job, the way he is so easily touched by the uke's mixed feelings or how he supports him -, but the soon to come departure prevents him from being lovey dovey because he knows both of them would get hurt. I don't know... I'm questionning myself, and you, because there's certainly something between the two of them, but none knows what to do since everything was settle from the start and there's no chance for a true free happiness if he leaves. Loved ur comment.
I think u are right or at least we are thinking the same. The seme said right at the beginning that this relationship had an expiration date. I liked that he was pretty clear on setting the boundaries of their "business" and I also think the seme was observing the uke since before (if I didn't misinterpret the uke's sister said something about him, the seme, helping them find news when the uke disappeared). What made me kinda pissed was that his actions and words didn't match, he tells the uke to not get attached, to not develop feelings 'cause he won't accept them but at the same time he keeps sending mixed signals (like his actions of holding his hand, embracing when asleep, taking care of him, being like a lover) would leave anyone extremely hurt and confused, at least I would. But thinking calmly he may be doing this unintentionally 'cause he really cares for him but he knows he can't for whatever reason and thats why hes so harsh with words but nice with his actions, his brain and body are not on the same page. Whatever the case I feel sorry for the uke cause all this doesn't make things easier ( ̄へ ̄)

Yeah, this is my point. He has his own reasons, he's probably trying to avoid to get hurt, and to hurt the uke. There's definitely something beneath those mixed signals, his way to show affection and how he talks to him. Because, the more the story goes, the more he changes his behavior toward Joyoon, he's warming up to him in some ways. He really does care about him, and this is confirmed by his friend's words during this dinner. Gosh, I hope this issue will be solved because I feel so sad everytime I see Joyoon desperate glance... thank you for your answer btw. (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ

I don't know about you but the Seme feel like he playing games with the uke and with himself with his whole mixed signals. and I'm sick of his games! if he really wanted to put real "boundaries", which he isn't by the way he just been selfish, then he would have end this the first time he notice he have mix feelings or mixed signals, but he choose to not do that so I don't have any pity for him at this point. I won't feel bed if out uke get over him or move on from him.
