heyyy can someone explain the orchid thing to me. i’m dumb lol

It's like this for me-- long back seunghoe drew the orchid on nakyums body while they were doing it(or not)
-and now nakyums mentions that he has recently seen lord seunghoe in his room drinking n drawing orchids(but lord hasn't drew any orchids)
-which means nakyum still remembered the orchid scene...from long back
..ughhh..idk if it made sense.
