He might be saying he doesn’t remember her because his younger self that hasn’t met his wife yet doesn’t know that she died, or that they’re even married if that makes sense?
So basically he’s saying he doesn’t remember her because his younger self didn’t even meet her yet. Right now your seeing the future him.
And here i'm not understand anything abt this story, so the wife is dead right? Comeback to life as his student...then, why in the last episode it saying about he dont remember her? This is so confusing ahahahahaha
