I'm pretty sure he's just pretending. Being nice to Yashiro didn't work out before because Yashiro couldn't take him seriously. He probably thinks that if he shows that he's tough now, Yashiro will accept him more easily instead of trying to protect him and eventually running away again.
Oh yes I hope so! After some more thought I came to this idea that he may do this to test out Yashiro. « Is he still the same, did he change? Is he still sleeping with anyone who isnt his subordinate? If thats the case I want to find out. » something like that sounds more like Doumeki than a darkdoumeki who grab someone hair to assert dominance (▰˘◡˘▰)
I personally found Doumeki is being "rude" because he has been in the yakuza years later just to be in Yahsiro's world. In hopes for Yashiro to have changed a bit. Unfortunately, Yashiro didn't seem like he changed much and therefore, that disappointed Doumeki. In chapter 44 (Spoiler Alert), Yashiro was honestly being a complete dick imo. I feel Doumeki's "rudeness" now could help Yashiro to have a wake up call of some sorts.
Imo, I don't think Doumeki's being rude, it's us who's not used to Doumeki standing up for himself.
I just saw the raw and.. I am the only one who is kinda disappointed by Doumeki reaction towards Yashiro? A part of me is glad he isnt following him again like a puppy but sigh.. him grabbing his hair like that while being very hot kinda looks like all this bastard yakuza.. being violent and forceful with Yashiro bc he is a « slutty neko » and that doesnt sit well with me for Doumeki to show a similar behavior than all this guys. Obviously he is more respectful and less violent but he remembers of this guy under Hirata Yashiro slept with years ago who failed for him... idk I dont want him to start being violent or rude... even just a little.. thats what I liked about him.. he was kind and sweet with Yashiro.
