i don't think it was a reward. i believe jihwah asked noname to sleep with him because he couldn't finish the job

No name was returning the payment because mission not completed. As a noble Jihwa wouldn't just take that money back, maybe, to recognize the assassin's effort in a way for him to keep it, and Jihwa also needed a distraction from his turbulent unsettled heart, thus asked no name for the night.
