i personally feel shounen-ai has more plot though
not that one is more superior than the other. i like to read both shounen-ai and yaoi, but when there's plot it's a lot more interesting haha
I agree man if they would just get together faster they would be so much better. And sometimes when they do there ends up being so much extra drama later and justAAAA I just want wholesome couple times. I liked bottomless swamp tho. They got together relatively fast
Ikr, but for me the hints in Shounen Ai are wholesome. Most Yaoi are just about sex and this is...(￣∇￣")... Well I think it gets boring. Some Shounen Ai are really romantic and they get together before it ends. This kind of Manga/Manhua/etc. is just wholesome. For me(づ￣ ³￣)づ
I like it to read once in a while Shounen Ai or Yaoi with explicit romance.
I'm just sharing my opinion but personally I don't read a lot of Shounen Ai compared to yaoi because I feel like Shounen Ai, not always but a lot of the time, don't have the character's get together until the very last chapter or really show much romance at all except for super subtle hints that they *might* like each other during the entire manga/manhwa/Manhua and so like a lot of the time when I try to read Shounen Ai the actual romance is almost like an afterthought in the plot if you know what I mean, but anyways that's just my opinion.
