Agree, besides Yuri took off his glasses for stalker-kun (brilliant scene BTW) and that's something that he hasn't done before, I think. I like the actual relationship between Tamu and Yuri, and tbh I don't get that romantic vibe from them.

Even Yuri that he's fucked up in the head, would've felt a little sense of possessiveness in that moment if he's really in love of Tamu, just like Yuu did it with Toono. The only thing he did was kiss him just for a feeling of "ey, I'm here, just let yourself go you're not alone" thing. That's how I interpreted that kiss. It's a way to show some kind of love, brotherly or bestie... whatever...but for me, not a romantic one.
