When the Uke found the body in the Seme's house it was actually him who killed that man not knowing, the Seme was hiding the body on his behalf. The Uke might have a split personality. When the doctor was standing in front of the board with pictures abs articles that could have been all the people the Uke has killed and he's been keeping track and documenting it all.
