Honestly I don’t think the crown prince is inconsiderate, he already told the princess he would never have feelings for her the way she has for him and that he only considers her a sister. He has said that before ibelena came and he says that afterwards so it’s just her not used to be rejected completely and someone else getting attention
They're engaged, so I think Crown prince should be considerate to her. Both are at fault. The princess is targeting the wrong person for her anger and the other is an inconsiderate playboy who targets a married woman.
Nope. He is chasing a woman already engaged that clearly want nothing to do with him and act on his feelings (he even confessed to her...) while neglecting his own fiancée. His is not a good person nor a good crown prince. And no good man think "Are you saying that she is better than a one night stand?" when he meet his cousin's lover just because she is of lower statut. He need to learn decency and have actual values. It's far from being a "Casanova " here. He is completly selfish and spoiled.

It's a forced engagement because it's a political one. As a crown prince he has a duty to respect the futur Empress of the Nation and have a good relationship with her regardless of his feelings. It's the price a power. If he ifdisilke it that much he should just reject the crown and give it the the next heir (because indeed he is not the only one who has a right to it) And she is not the one who forced him the engagement, she was the one who was forced on it by the Emperor. It's only dumb luck that she live him don't don't mind it at all.

1.Responsibility as as a Crown Prince who is engaged is a reason to draw lines between him and other women.
2. Already forgotten that Crown prince brags about how every women wants him and tried to bed the MC?
3. Hostility of the princess to MC comes from him not fullfilling his responsibility to distance from other women.
4. MC is already married while Prince still have machinations to keep her besides him.

All I’m saying is he doesn’t have an obligation to love her or even respect her, he only has an obligation to marry her and probably produce an heir. Actually she wanted to be engaged to him she was happy because she liked him and everyone else didn’t respect her until she became his fiance. The only thing she was forced into was being brought to the palace. Also you said he has a duty of having a good relationship with the empress but they can have a good relationship and him pursue other people, like mistresses or concubines. His main goal is for the nation and she shouldn’t be the empress of all she cares about is the prince and not worried about all the classes she skips
You might be confusing making him responsible for the Princess's actions and making him responsible for being an unfaithfull and hypocritical man. I don't blame him for what she did at all. I just pointed out the he is not a good person in himself. By forcing himself to someone already taken while negecting his official fiancéé he is clearly being inconsiderate. As I already said too, his feelings does not matter because it's his duty. I am not even talking about faking loving her. I am talking about him not even bothering to respect her enough publicly that others clearly realize that she is being neglected.
