But if we consider Keichi's situation
It was totally toxic
His mother went on a different level of homophobia
Rather than understanding his son , she was justifying her homophobic side
Which is wrong and extremely painful for her child
But I am glad she changed during the later half..

I love the wait, i love how the romance didn't just pop out of nowhere (like other yaoi is like) and that they're reasonable lovers. Most importantly I LOVE HOW THEY POINTED OUT THAT PARENTS ARE ALSO FUMBLING ABOUT WITH THIS GENDER ISSUE. coming out is not something easy to accept, it may take some time and there may be faults in dealing with it, but our parents are humans as well. And even though they're adults, it's not like they always know what to do. In addition to them also harboring weaknesses, being open and upfront is not something everyone can do. You can't just brand anyone as evil just cause they didn't do what you expected them to!
