Dion doesn't see roxanna like that or he isnt Inlove with her. Dion loss his emotions at an early age that causes him obsession in order to survive which is killing roxanna's bro.Thats why when rox cried for his brothers death, he wants roxie to be burned by rage so she will have a reason to kill dion. Roxie kinda know that dion wants to die and still keeps him alive to let him suffer. So keeping him alive is worse than death for dion and also because he felt guilty on what he did in his childhood (kill roxies bro). TO MAKE IT SHORT dion just wants to die by roxie's hands. And yes he doesn't have feelings for her. :)

stop making a big deal. it’s fiction and it’s not like they r both fucking. it’s from the opposite side which is Dion. Dion seems to have more affection to her den any of the other family members. i’m sure it will be reveled later in the chapters the reason for it. i fully dont believe it’s incest at all. i saw a spoiler so i know it but just calm down. even if it was incest, its fiction and Dion is having the one sided love if its true, and don’t forget they r all crazy.
