Apparently you haven't done your research properly. A man was sentenced to 12 years for torture, raping, choking to death, confinement. Rape in itself is about 7 years.
Another one was released after doing that on children.
So it seems like Korean justice can be THAT incompetent. So you probably only searched your country and called it a day.
yes, apparently I searched it on google and the only thing that showed up was about my country and in the USA. I didn't think about the origin of this manhua, manga, manhwa and so I'm glad for the corrections.
it said that rape and illegal confinement and other abusive things are sentenced to 40 years or more of imprisonment and in other countries, it could be a life sentence or death sentence. so why are these 2 years only?
