the dark haired seme is a rich guy, and for host, to be number one, at the end of the week or month depends on however much they earn from their customers that buy drinks and food. its especially good if the customers order Dom Peri since its the most expensive drink.
But the customer has to stick with the same host in order for that host to even make the rankings. That's why the uke wanted the dark haired seme to just designate him, cause once you designate a host, that host is yours and the customer is number 1 priority to the host especially when the dark haired seme always picks the uke anyways when he comes.
In chapter one, when the uke and dark haired seme were in the bathroom, in order for the dark haired seme to strictly designate the uke, the uke will have sex with him. its a friends with benefits kinda deal but I think the dark hair seme likes the uke.
