I agree with what you have written but I think it's to early to judge the story as of now since we are still on the stage of introducing the characters.
I tried the novel. I used google translate but it is still child play to me. The trauma wasn’t taken seriously by the person in question himself, nor people around him. And I don’t like that fact. I’m trying to get through the novel where (spoiler ahead)
The girl will meet a car accident after marriage 3 days with MC. ML and everyone ignored MC at home. After maybe a few day ML came back drunk and kinda hug MC and sleep on the carpet. After they woke up, MC kinda want to revenge on ML with pity action that was against the serious situation of his “wife” met with an accident. Even if it’s an act and he hated her or not, at least not to the point of acting like a child this way. You could say I’m an unreasonable person but the it’s the fault of the author for writing this way if u ask me. This made me angry at MC most of the time. ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ Be serious man! It’s not even funny!

after reading like the first two chapters i felt the same. im not even gonna bother reading the rest because of how stupid this is. i hate how they showed the MCs trauma where he was forced to do stuff as a kid. Only to. be forced to do stuff again as an adult. its poorly written and is a rlly shit way to write a chara w/trauma
Yep too shitty. Author couldn’t write a better way of dealing with trauma at all. He’s just kicking it aside and have it come out to serve as a way to sympathy with MC ┑(￣Д ￣)┍

So we have an uke who's got childhood trauma, forced to marry the seme's emotionally unstable sister, has an obvious attraction to seme, and flirts openly to said seme despite being engaged (one sidedly, but still) . Oh, let's not forget how easily he can keep up with this lie even to his soon-to-be, sick mother-in-law.
Next, we have an emotionally unstable sister of seme who emits an unhealthy obsession towards uke, is really naive, and disregards her health over a person who couldn't give a fuck about her and is about to marry him. Let alone SERIOUSLY has no one trying help her PROPERLY.
Last, we have the seme who bends his back for his sister and almost grants her every request in the name of his `brotherly` duties, however isn't doing anything to help his sister properly and slapping a bandaid by really just lying to her the whole damn time, and really isn't helping the actual issue at hand. Just prolonging her actions.
Call me being overly sensitive for a story that's not real and only for entertainment. But even I read books with at least a better set of characters than this and can handle things such as mental health + trauma in a more subtle way. This is JUST an opinion, so if you hate me for it, then it's fine. I'm just saying
