In the thought bubble, Doumeki is thinking "dameda" which can mean "don't do it" or "useless." So either Doumeki is telling himself that he should stop or maybe he can't get it up.

i think "dame da" can be translated to "not good.." which clearly implies that doumeki can't control himself anymore and he's afraid to hurt or upset yashiro.. let's go with that!! since "can't get it up" part makes me anxious ;u; it's just my guess though
