I can see why this comment is both agreeable and disagreeable since after that betrayal I don't want River anywhere near Khaol like the mf can go find someone else to fuck with but my opinion of river and Heil will also depend on the next few chapters as I need to see what Heil will do if they get together again after Heil sincerely apologises to River then I'm cool with that if he trys to pull some bs then no thank you. Ultimately everyone is seen from a toxic standpoint in my eyes and I believe River is too good for either of them but rn ill be cool with river and heil but yh it's all up to the author I guess

Well, I respect your opinion ... But I wouldn't want River to go back to Khaol, the main source of trauma and trust issues Rives has is because of that mf, even I myself, I wouldn't go back to the person who I loved more than myself, but still didn't love me back because he's still ain't over his thousand year ex, and just proceeded to sacrifice you like that and was blind and deaf to your screams of help and screams of anguish, fear, and pain as he was just there, didn't even did anything. Now that he's got what he wants, realized he was wrong, realized that not all goes according to plan and now he regrets it? Nah I'd rather see him suffer... Well you do you... But for me I think you wouldn't be able to grow and move on if you just went back to the person who was the reason you had to in the first place.
