It’s her thoughts and thoughts are honest hahaha she still felt 100% thankful and called it the most heartwarming gift— but like if someone gave me an ugly sweater I will recognize it’s ugly, doesn’t mean it’s not valuable!

I get that but he didn’t buy it he made it and maybe it was his fist time too i appreciate gifts that are selfmade and know that people put effort into it and ( her knowing that his dead mother used to do those wood things) to call that ugly i dont know kinda sounds rude to me
