anime came first: k, k: missing kings and k: return of kings
the manga has a lot of spin offs but the main ones in order would be: K: The First, K: Missing Kings, K: Countdown which follows the storyline of the anime i guess.
Spin Offs would be: K: Memory of Red and then K: Stray Dog Story, K: Days of Blue, Gakuen K in order of release
You also have various noveld but i'd just stick to watching the anime which u could complete in a weekend
