If you can't interact with other users. Example: can't vote, can't comment, can't make a topic, can't do anything except read. But you can still access the Account.

Shadowbanning is when you try to make a new account but is still restricted. It may wear off for a while but sometimes it doesn't so you have to change your IP address or use vpn. You do not want to get shadowbanned or restricted, it's really hard. And sometimes, Mangago doesn't responds to emails to you have no choice but to be restricted.
