Bird dude raped Seth because he was controlled and made to do it by the lion-headed goddess, Seth's son died once, met the green dude in the afterlife and was revived (sent back to the world of the living) by the green dude, and that's why the green dude now has the power to possess the body of Seth's son for a brief while every time he needs to "visit" the world of the living.
