Well, I think he'll eventually realize he's in love with Jooin but it may happen too late in the game to win his heart back. A lot of it depends on how things will develop between Cain and Jooin too. For now Cain being there beside Jooin just gives Yahwi the excuse to think of himself as someone who's doing this to take back his own possessions and not for love, so he'll be stuck with his head inside his own ass for a while. If Cain is not stupid, he'll choose to not go back and confess to Jooin, since that should be enough to make Jooin look his way. We'll see
Well, Yahwi's headspace right now is indeed toxic as hell. He'll end up hurting Jooin again and again if he doesn't snap out of it. He's shielding himself away from hurt while actively hurting someone. That is so not okay.
On the other hand, Cain is indeed the best choice, he's there, looks only at Jooin and just by being there makes Jooin aware that his relationship with Yahwi is lacking the adoration and the devotion love should naturally encompass.
But the thing about the story rn is that we know nothing of Cain and everything about Yahwi. This is kind of a problem, bc we know the all the bad sides of Yahwi but none of Cain's. And Cain seems to have a hidden side to him. So, I'd rather wait for the author to give us some more info on Cain, since it's not clear how much of his behavior is actually tied to him being a dog
I know, Yahwi did some bad things, and I at this point, I really wouldn't be surprised if they don't end up together. But I get kinda sad about the thought that he'll stay like that, never really getting what's love. He could be such a great lover, but he doesn't seem to know what that really means and implies. My little cat sunbae staying alone forever without knowingly loving anyone.
