Omg, That creepy smile looks very realistic to me. I can relate to that kind of smile.
Even tho I wanted to smile like those OP Villaness from isekai manhwa, but most of the time it looks creepy instead, or probably Cringe.

Her smile looks creepy just cuz of the villainess face and she loves children (so do I they’re so adorable) so I don’t see why some people would think she is a pedophile or anything of that sort tbh. Also as for the ML, just give him time y’all the manz has many rights for his actions and I’d say he’s controlling his actions pretty well, if it was me I know I would be all over the place.
