When the Sullivan family is put on trial for harboring a human within the netherworld. This is where the revival arc is revealed, the 'Six Fingers' are actually a reference to the step of 'reviving' Delkira, they represent the six gold rings on six fingers of Delkira, if you check out the harvest festival where Delkira appears that was pointed out later. Delkira actually split himself onto to artifacts and quests, the first one is the ring of gluttony if you re-read the chapter when Ali-san introduces himself, the name he uses actually translates to 'sealed/missing demon king', the next clue revealed was the legendary leaf, the others are still yet to be revealed here. That was put together by the previous demon king in order to find the next demon king that will rule over netherworld, the one who will teach the demons to have compassion and sympathy that they currently lack within themselves, this is actually already seen on the misfit class since at first they only cared about interesting things like when they set up traps in the first meeting in order to see how manu can avoid the weapons set up. But now they learned to rely on one another and believe in their 'friends

Iruma's parents were originally humans that grew up in the demon world, their memories were erased but the habits they picked up were still retained, that's why Iruma's parents have little sympathy for him and they always went on to pursue their own happiness and things that spark their interest. The reason why Iruma hasn't awakened as a demon was because his body got used to having no mana around him thus making him into an empty vessel and almost humanlike. Similar to Delkira the missing demon king, this is why you can see Delkira mysteriously popped up in the demon world and gathered up achievements like Iruma, in the flashbacks you can see him wearing golden rings like Iruma, in the harvest festival flashback of his younger self he had 1 ring, and in the days of his demon king era he already had 3 rings with him.
