its not so heteronormative though there r many butch lesbians or masculine wlw in general. in mainstream media outside of anime all u see are to femme lesbians in relationship too, idk im a lesbian so i like both cause theyre both realistic
i get what u mean... idk maybe its cuz im tired of seeing fem/masc relationships, idk if uve seen some of those BLs where one character is smaller and like.. weaker and the other one is bugger and “manlier” those tend to annoy me... im not lesbian and i find femininity far more attractive than masculinity so that’s probably what makes me feel this way. but ur right abt how its realistic
not related to the story in any way but i wanna read gl where both characters are femme cuz i feel like the whole “super femme girl and super masc girl date” is v common w gl and while i dont hate it,,, it does come across as a bit heteronormative at times,, and we alr know society treats fem ppl like shit so. idk itll be interesting
but aside from that it was a cute story hhh
