Your 1st theory is correct. Agia and Ken were lovers in the past and the Vamp had a one sided love.

I kinda want Cain/Ken n the Vampire to be together lowkey but them I’m like nah. Like I want him to be with everyone at this point like ugh. Did the author rlly have to make everyone sexy like we couldn’t have one ugly person cause now I keep switching up. On another note yall these is my theories
1. Since everything seems to be like reincarnation type stuff i’m thinking Cain/Ken a.k.a. MC cause we saw that little flashback I’m thinking he was lovers with Agia and the vampire at the time was like small Rt so Lil vamp liked/love cane but he already had Agia by his side because they were lovers. And adding to that in chapter like 14 or 13 when the vampire guy says “ i’m the one who truly loves you” heavy on the truly I feel like it adds to this theory of mine. Where it’s like you’re older than me by a lot I love you but you already have a lover so then you get reincarnated and I try to get you back first before your actual lover gets you back. I’m really keen on this theory I feel like this is what it actually is. But I don’t think Agia remembers though because the vampire guy was like I think he said something along those lines. So I’m thinking Agia doesnt remember specifically but he just remembers that him and Ken are supposed to be together and that’s why the vampire guy kinda looks down on him cause he don’t even remember.
2. Mostly the first theory except this time Agia is the imposter. So basically the same thing except it’s the vampire guy and the MC who are together obviously after the vampire guy grows up and becomes bigger.
