I have only read a few panels of the story so I really don't know what happened, but what I know is that people can change, they can change their sexuality just fine. Now I may be no one to talk giving the fact that I never seen it with my own eyes. But someone can have a change of heart, that's how it works right? Someone may be attracted women at first but will be attracted to men as times goes by or even both. Anyone can change their sexuality any time they like. No can be born straight just like no one can be born gay. It's just how their way of romantic feelings develop. You know it's just your taste changes. U can like say mangos are the best fruit ever but then ten year later and you only eat watermelon. People....can't change their sexuality, because it's not a preference like liking something, such as mangoes. Although there is Abrosexuality, where someone's sexuality IS fluid and it DOES change, not everyone is abrosexual.

I thought I was gynosexual, since I liked feminine men more than masculine ones, I thought that I may have been attracted to femininity as a whole. So, I experimented. I liked soft boys and such, so I tried to see if I would like soft girls, and I tried for a good few months, I legitimately TRIED TO LIKE WOMEN SEXUALLY, BUT I COULDN'T, it just didn't click, I could never see women the same way I did with boys, and I realised that I actually did like masculine presenting men as well as femboys. Thus finding out I was actually gay, and the reason I liked femboys so much was because of gender envy. I realised that I wasn't only just ATTRACTED TO femboys, but I wanted to BE ONE.
Sexuality can be fluid, yes, but it's normally something someone is born with and cannot be changed, I know from experience. However this story is portraying that sexuality is a choice that can be forced upon someone, which just isn't true
Ofcourse it's a rare case to change your sexuality but I was just saying it's not impossible. And don't get me wrong I'm not saying that you should change your sexuality by force you can like whoever you want, don't change your sexuality for other people, what I wanted to say is that sexuality can be changed if your tastes changes, not by force
Well, you have your answer now. The issue with this story is they are using "FORCE" by mandatory enrollment to people to attend this kind of school.
First, why did I click on this? I'll be honest, I didn't read the title, the art just looked super cute and that was enough to sell me, but then I read the title...and then I read the synopsis...and then I read the comments. And then I saw the author's other works.
That's where I went,

Before we really mention anything, I'm a gay man. And no, I don't demonise BL, I'm here right now and I've read a lot of BL and enjoyed it. Go Jin and Gam-rae being my favourite (which if you haven't read, what the fuck are you doing go read it at 3am and cry your eyeballs out please).
Now, when I say the author's other works, I'm referring to Virus and Snow White BL.
And, well, if someone asked me if I found those 2 problematic, then not really? Virus was a bit icky to me, but honestly the concept of Snow White BL and Virus was so outrageous and cringy to me, I read it and I got some decent laughs out of it. Sorry, like..the 7 dwarves being prostitutes in Snow White BL and the Evil King having sex with the Mirror I- IT WAS SO FUCKING FUNNY OKAY- but that's besides the point.
So, I thought, maybe I could get some decent laughs out of this shit pile like the other 2, which it did, laughs of pure shock. When you see something and go "THERE'S NO WAY a TEAM APPROVED OF THIS."
I swear to the heavens above this was inspired by a gacha story, I KNOW YOU WERE ALL THINKING IT, THERE WAS A "Straight in a Gay School" TREND FOR A GOOD WHILE.
Now onto the reason why I think this is very problematic, which I will explain by getting you to imagine a scenario:
Imagine, a story is published about a lesbian woman. The population is falling, so she NEEDS to be straight. THERE ARE TOO MANY GAY WOMEN!! We MUST make a "straight school" where we send lesbian women to turn them straight. Our protagonist, the lesbian, then goes to the mandatory straight school where she is roomed with a boy, the TOP STRAIGHT IN SCHOOL, he goes "I'll make you beg for my dick baby", and by the end of the story....it works. The lesbian is no longer a lesbian! She is straight and loves the male lead.
Imagine a similar story, but instead of a lesbian woman it's a gay man. He is SCIENTIFICALLY analysed and put with a woman who has the highest chances of turning him straight and it works. The gay man is no more, he is now straight and LOVES the female lead (and her tits).
Now is this story problematic??? Of course it is!! Gay people can't change their sexuality!! This story is basically promoting conversion therapy! This is basically torture!
See how bad those 2 stories above are? I know horrible, good thing nobody is creating something like tha- hey if I replace gay man with straight man and straight girl with gay man...huh why is this sounding familiar??? Oh right. It's this story.
If gay people, like myself, can't change their sexuality...what makes you think straight people can? It works both ways, gay people can't change their sexuality, and neither can straight people. This story also depicts gay men as being sex-starved, where in multiple scenes when someone in the school just MAKES EYE CONTACT, with another man, oh they wanna fuck so badddddd, they both get instantly horny. Like no, do you wanna fuck every boy you see, girls? Wait you don't wanna fuck that guy friend you have because he's just a friend???
It's the same for us. I don't wanna fuck the male cashier working at Woolies while I buy my hot cheetos, I just want my hot cheetos.
TL;DR
You can't change your sexuality, whether it's gay to straight or straight to gay. If you replaced the main character with a gay man and the male lead with a straight woman, all of the sudden, it's MUCH more problematic all of the sudden. Maybe this hints that...something is a bit iffy about the story?
Well, am I still gonna continue reading this even after describing how much of a shit show it is? Yes. Yes I am.
I wanna see if this flaming pile of garbage can burn blue flames. I wanna see how utterly fucking horrible it gets. Cursed shit is my thing.
Boku no Pico, Shoujo Ramune, Doravmon, Snow White BL(all raws too)...I've read and watched it all. I like the pain.
I keep thinking that there's no way this shit show can get worse, but it surprises me with every turn. I want to see the height of that. I want to see something new, a challenge: How utterly fucked up and insensitive can this story really get? And will it reach my breaking point where I get the hell out of here and I can't continue anymore?
We will wait and find out.
