There's a very specific scene I remember and I'm desperately trying to find the manga! I think the plot involves two childhood friends. Due to this or that, the seme ends up saying goodbye to the uke and leaving.

But the uke ends up chasing after the seme and when he catches him and confesses his feelings, the seme says something along the lines of "and I managed to say goodbye in such a cool way too..."
