the main reason why they care about who lifted the curse is because the power the person to lift such curse. They wanted to take hold of that power so they are persistent about who did it, it's not like the curse can be lifted up just like as they will.
Idk why he cares so much about the Duke’s curse being lifted. You didn’t want your son to have the curse, so he didn’t. But now that the person YOU transferred the curse to is fine, now he wants to mf meddle in his life. Like what is he even planning on doing once he finds out it was cured because of Ibelina? Literally why does it matter in his world? I hope someone from the Ambrosetti empire curses the emperor so he dies. :)
