I think the seme is a genuis and no. 1 of the class all this time. So its not that similar case, since the teacher said that he is no.1 since high school so its not a case of copying answer then getting higher grade, he is just too genuis for it.

I think it also had something to do with that teacher like he gave him a higher grade ... I felt like that because of the way he was like " tell your father about me "
