I think that the reason why the boss asked Yohan to work for him is because he knows that the uke shouldn't be left alone. The uke needs someone to shoulder him, to share the burden of his trauma. Yes, I agree, he needs some space but seeing how Yohan can be pretty submissive and passive, he would just give up and miss the right timing to comfort the uke. This is my opinion :)

Soo I gotta admit the uke lowkey has pretty privilege.. i mean even before his trauma he never experienced one sided love (he was always loved) its not his fault though

I can’t remember rn but does the boss know about uke‘s trauma? If yes, then why would he offer a job, why didn’t he suggest that Yohan should distance himself
