Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint or Solo Leveling

Tbh I don't think you can compare orv and sl since they are different

While sl focusing on soloing and dungeon (well the monster did come out later) but it's not really the end of the world

While in orv it's literally the end of the world, and more focused on grouping. Their life is just like a game to the higher up or should I say the constellation

Both are good ofc I can't pic favorite ~

I say Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint.

My Opinion in ORV:
Let's say , I picked ORV cuz

The plot , the main character or... Should I say "The Reader" , isn't strong but smart .

Plus he Dokja is unaware of him being smart, the fact that he was using his knowledge of the novel properly is just pretty awesome.

And this doesn't have a romance genre and more about action.

There is also a gist of comedy and sum BL VIBES tho it is not BL , it's more like friendship?? Or companion something like that

The Art is just YESSSSSSSSSSS
The art made my heart gets trilled everytime I see EVERYTHINGGGGG


If I select Solo Leveling
My opinion will be :

The plot of the story is not actually my type, it's action that doesn't have romance.

It ONLY focuses to the main character

But the fact that he's the weakest on his past life is just pretty good , and when he used his player life to get strong and protect the people he loves is inspiring!

I'm sad that there is only a little comedic relief, but TBH Everytime he said the word "Arise" is making me go "kyaaaaa good fucking kill THEMMMMM"

So let's say that

Solo Leveling more likely focuses on :
Inspiration , Hard work , and protecting.

While Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint focuses on :
(Trauma shit , mental health shit I dunno) it's more like ORV is showing what will happen to our world if we don't get our shit together? It's showing us how to (uhmmm) be serious about the world and don't take it seriously , Smart Thinking , and surviving.

I just noticed how SL is just insanely popular, so I wanted to see if people had some sort of specific reason for liking it so much. I was reading SL and got bored with it, while ORV I finished and ended up crying. So this topic was just a reason for me to see people’s thoughts on the two. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

“Which do you like more (as a story), ORV or SL?”

Honestly, as much as I love SL I'd choose ORV, mainly because the world of ORV is really wide and unique yet it's well-written.

Plus the irony you feel because you're reading a story of someone's story who also read someone else's story, if that makes sense ╮(￣▽￣)╭

orv just because the character bonding and the more creative and sensible plot... also no romance so thats an infinite plus.... sl just goes flop for me towards the end, sure the mc is op butttt thats about it and the romance doesnt really fit (its too abrupt for me)

Both are great in their own ways. SL is a bit darker whereas ORV got that comedy imo
Love them both but because of preference I'd rank SL #1 and ORV #1.5 on my list

orv have some darker topic too especially kdj story... but hey everyone have different opinion right but i agree orv have some good comedy in it
