I noticed too but everybody is just focusing on blaming Keichi (or Shingo) ^^
The message Keichi asked to deliver is the proof that he still loves Shingo so, for me, everything should be okay. I'm waiting for next update but I'm pretty sure the cliffhanger is a bad trick from sensei (like it's someone else who's speaking)

For me, the moment with Rio would have been great if Keiichi wasn't being such a prick. The message becomes tainted with his arrogant attitude (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
