it's because of a misunderstanding that the uke thought that the seme only play around with him and will toss him aside eventually just like what the seme did with the girl who's a friend of the uke. Basically seme only tried to get close to the uke by approaching the girl.
A misunderstanding that could easily be resolved by communicating, but I guess that's overrated lol.

This is a bit confusing.... The ML and the MC both like eachother and for some reason the MC ran away but we don't know why. If it's due to his pedigree he should have told the ML, like why are you in a relationship if you don't even want to share your troubles with your partner... Anyway chile
