That's because you don't get notifications from the want to read list. So if you want notifications you'll need to put them
into the reading list.
You have to subscribe to them. You know when you click the read/want to read/ already read thing, there is subscribe under it. I'm not sure if it is under it, but I'm pretty sure the subscribe option is where you rate the manga

How to report someone: Copy their profile link. Go find the flag next to info of some manga. Write their name in "other problem" and send it.
