I think it’s the mum thing cause he does apparently have sexual feelings from what it seems - like he does masturbate and (hopefully) was enjoying what just happened with the other guy, if not he was definitely feeling something so that’s what I’m leaning towards. I can’t imagine it helps that he’s constantly terrified that his mum is going to sexually assault him ┗( T﹏T )┛
Asexuality is a spectrum and ace people can 100% enjoy masturbation without being attracted to any person in particular. So we don't know what Tamaki is aside from traumatized.
