It's kind of a big turn off when the mc who switched with another person's body does something so trivial and everyone would be like "omg she had changed" At least say that after mc does something really significant enough to call a "change" wouldn't they normally think it's weird first? or she's just not on her usual behavior.

It's not that unrealistic in this regard... When you know someone's routine or habits and you are always close to them (in the case of comics it can be a family member, lover or a maid)
Personally, if I was given two chocolate bars and chose the white chocolate over the dark one everyone would make a comment about it and wonder why I'm choosing something different than usual... So yeah it's not that weird... (Tho I'd never choose white chocolate over a dark one)

yeah but I'd prolly just question your behavior a bit like, maybe you'd want to at least try it again and that's all. I wouldn't really think that you would completely change just by that and claim that you're no longer the person i know

The unrealistic thing i found in those settings is that they accept the changes so readily because mc changed for the better like at least check if she ain’t cuckoo in the head or something i’d be freaked out if someone i know would do things they normally don’t do with confidence

id prolly ask the person if everything's ok. and i would pinpoint the change to them. everything else depends on how they would respond. but lets face it, the last thing that would cross my mind is having switched bodies...id ask if they had any blackouts and id prolly recommend a psychologist cause it would be possible to have dissosiative personality disorder :')
