lord i have to retype this comment every time. It was mistranslation. He meant to say "silence means yes" in response to the initial question he asked, "Did his kiss make you feel good?" Mimori didn't answer, so Yuma assumed the worst.

This should've basic knowledge, especially if he was sleeping, but even if he was awake his silence was not consent!!
