Either way, in most mangas like this the emperor has multiple concubines.
It was explored back in the beginning. All three have the same mum; Rosiel looks more like the empress, while the other brother looks like the emperor. Enisha’s a mix of both parents! c:

I remember in one of the chapters it was stated that with Enishita's black hair and blue eyes, she looked like her mother so i think all siblings share the same mother
I know she has the same mom as the twins because she looks similar to both of them. However, they never mentioned what happened to the mom. I just assumed that she died during labor as well. I would love to see how their mom looked like, and how her relationship with the emperor was.
What happened to their mom? They never mention her in the story. Did she die after giving birth to the MC? Is she living somewhere else?
