she's not in love with him. not fully. seeing the comments before i read, i thought she was being stupid and just moaning in suffering alone. she's not even in love with the dude yet!! if she tells the ML that that's his son, she also fears her son will have to be his heir which is that LAST thing she wants. no wonder she doesn't want to tell him.
