Could have been. Or he wants to represent all the angers of those who are bullied. I read that the bullying in South Korea and Japan are covered up and systematic. Suicide rate in school students of those two countries are among the highest in Asia. The teachers/person in charge to supervise tend to turn blind eye, less empathy and do victim blaming.
