I would like to know too but I think the best idea is to read the whole thing, just skip unnecessary stuff and skip trough the pages but since the anime is somehow diffrent from the manga, just read the whole manga (ب_ب)
Chapter 63 is where the anime ended so you shoukd read it from chap 64^^
It's legit barely different aside from some dailouge and frame changes
