I don't think Hyunje is that suspicious because in a previous chapter(forgot which) he says something along the lines of "I'm returning a favor seven years too late". Based on this, even if Hyunje is using him, I do not think he would do anything to harm Seungmin. Also Hyunje's reaction when Mr. Choi questioned Seungmin's personality(being a pushover) is really telling that he at least respects Seungmin.
I agree w you but i do think his purpose is solely to return whatever favor he has to seungmin. he does respect seungmin and have a bit of interest towards him, but i still don't think hyunjae look at seungmin the way seungmin look at him. While the interest is present, the feeling does not exist as of rn. Why i said "as of now" is bc this is a shounen ai story without tragedy tag so the probability of them ending up together is high. Nevertheless, hyunjae will surely fall for seungmin in the later half of the story.
That's a good point. I think I'm content with Hyunje actually falling for Seungmin later in the story because Seungmin's attraction towards Hyunje isn't that deep as well. Seungmin says in Ch. 23 that his attraction to Hyunje is based mostly off his appearance. I can't wait for the development!
Ngl hyunjae is acting a little bit fishy here. His expression and action doesn't seem that he is in love with seungmin. I mean he doesn't even answer seungmin's questions when he ask him if he like him and proceed to ask seungmin's back. Afterwards hyunjae only stated that he wanted to do dirty things to him.
Based on his previous behaviour, he is a very calculative person. In this period, i honestly think that he wasn't in love with seungmin but only wanted to use him. While the fact that he knows seungmin is his fan probably makes him a little bit interesting for hyunjae. I don't really get the plot thoroughly bc it's kinda hard to interpret and predict but i do think that hyunjae will fall in love with seungmin in the middle of their "relationship" however, like i stated above i dont think hyunjae likes seungmin rn.
