work really hard to convince the author to make it happened,, well there is a manga where a beta make omega preggy they really working their ass out to try on having a kids and they succeed(i don't remember the manga's title) ,, there is also a story where an alpha impreggy the beta,,it's on author. but for this genre i think it can be happened. just think of omega verse genre logic, the omegas have the same function as women do, so it's likely possible to get pregnant by having sex with beta tho the chance was low because beta had a normal type of phoremones. But still the male omega's body works just like women body it just the shape was different. so yeah, i think they can if they triple their effort.
