i think it's because minjun has feminine appearance,well to me he looks feminine and remember the pic toma took when minjun was wearing a maid outfit? i think the very moment toma saw him with maid dress he thought that minjun is his mama
I'm also wondering why Toma's calling Minjun Mama when he doesn't even have an image of hus mother, I mean not the resemblance plot.
