    Kacchan is a childhood nickname so it stuck with him. In Japan at least from what I heard you don’t call a person by their first name it disrespectful unless they give you permission to use it, idk that’s what I heard

    Yes I’m aware but I’m pretty sure he said I’m mr.katsuki but that is his first name not last.
