Guys please help, i forgot the name of this manhua/manhwa

FL gets transmigrated to another world as an empress who was very cruel and had lots of lovers. So far as i remember, one of the ML was her servant and the other her tutor. She even captured one of the ML as a hostage who was the prince of another kingdom. This ML was sleeping with the maid who is the heroine. Fl's little sister is also there as the heroine. It has a harem ending and there was a total of maybe 5 MLs. I can't seem to remember the name so can someone please provide a link or just tell me the name.
