I'm not familiar with that manga, but it could just be that someone redid some chapters with a better quality translation or some chapters got accidentally deleted so they were reuploaded. Both of those things happen from time to time.
Oh I saw it, there was a wrong update named as ch6, it was the same chapter as chapter 3 or 2 I’m not sure so they probably deleted it as soon as they realized. So it was a false update no worries ^ ^
