On second thought, I re read and Min Chul is the judge not the son. Because there’s a panel page 7 of CH 67 where the asshole of the club says something like “I couldn’t find anything on Min Chul so I targeted his son” therefore Min Chul is the judge and not the son (the blue haired one).
Yah I also noticed tht and as I read raws it become clear that Kang mo's actual target was judge not son but since there is nothing on judge so he target son .
