I have not seen the webcomic, but it seems to be related to the novel 안녕, 내 똥강아지 (Hello, My Puppy) by 아이럽설. If you can read Korean, you can read some of the novel on ridibooks for free.
똥강아지 means... well, literally it is something like "poop puppy," but it is a term of endearment like "hunny bunny" would be. So the titles are very similar. It is the same story with pretty much the same character names.
The one thing that does not match is the author name. Mysterious.
