mh... well hulu has love stage and junjou romanctica but crunchyroll has sekai ichi hatsukoi....I havent watched much yaoi anime cause there is not a whole lot.

You can look up yaoi animes ( not watch though) on myanimelist .net. (which is really good and helpful for finding a good yaoi anime to watch)
